I love this salon, but was disappointed for the first time this evening. I appreciate that they tried to fix the issue, but my nails still looked horrendous when leaving. I got a no chip manicure. The technician hurt me by accident several times and she apologized. When it came time to polish I questioned the color as it didn’t look like what I chose. She said it was the color so I asked to see the book again, but she didn’t get it. The technician next to her asked if something was wrong and I told him the color I chose had some sparkle in it and the color she’s using did not (plain white). He said she could add sparkles and she did but still didn't look like what I asked for. When it came time to pay I asked the lady at the front desk if i can see the book again to confirm my color choice. She gave me the book and came back with the color I chose which was not the color that was used for my manicure. They offered to fix it and they did, but not really because my nails look like absolute crap. It looks like a child painted my nails and not a professional. Please refer to pictures for reference. I’ll still come back because I do love this place, but I’ll only be requesting specific technicians. Additional red flags on this technician: not only was I knicked multiple times, she didn’t ask what shape I wanted and cut them way too short, and when I got home a layer started peeling off? Which has never happened to me before. At the end of the day, I shouldn’t have paid for these nails. Update: they were able to squeeze me in on December 24th to repaint my nails! DJ and Libra were so nice and understanding! My nails look so much better 10/10!

I just move from Orlando Fl, and I needed a full service Pedi full nail eyebrow wax and I called so many numbers and everyone said they were booked or “busy” I called Cat Lynn nail salon and they ask what time can you be here? we will wait for you, yesterday I walk in there and everyone was courteous and looked like they enjoyed being there to service their patrons. Libra did my pedicure he did an amazing job Gina did my full set and was just as amazing I cant remember the person that did my eyebrows but I’m very happy, by the way my daughter in law call me on her way home from work 630 pm and ask you think they will do my pedicure I told her come in the worst they can said is come back tomorrow, nope they took her and not only did she get her pedicure she got a full set, Prices were as expected for the service. Now I found my forever nail salon and will recommend them to my family and friends . Thank you Cat Lynn’s for getting me set for Christmas see you soon.

Julie is so talented and friendly. My nails look great and last for about 3 weeks with no chip. Love Catlynn Nails!

I specifically chose this salon because of Angel. I needed new nails immediately last Sunday for a wedding, and every other salon in the area seemed to not want to do their job. This salon didn’t degrade me or make me feel stupid for the nails I dreamed of, and most importantly, they did not disappoint me. Angel saw my vision for mermaid nails, and she was excited and ready to create something beautiful. I would rate them 10/10 and will be returning regularly. I have never had a nail artist who knew how to shape nails properly or who knew how to avoid injuring me. Seriously, this is the only qualified salon that doesn’t destroy cuticles. Thank you again Angel!!!
